I’m Nathalie, founder of Mlle Jolain Travels, a Miami-based luxury travel advisory specializing in personalized journeys throughout Europe, the Caribbean, and beyond.
Travel has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. With French roots and a childhood spent discovering Europe, I developed an appreciation for the places, cultures, and experiences that make a journey memorable.
My professional background spans more than a decade in high-touch hospitality, private client services, and executive support, where anticipating needs, managing complex arrangements, and delivering exceptional service became second nature.
Today, I bring that experience into travel advising, combining firsthand destination knowledge, hotel inspections, professional training, and relationships with trusted global partners.
